Since using Gmail (which I don’t any more), I’ve continued to archive all my old emails instead of deleting them. This morning I sorted my email archive into month folders (so they can be backed up faster). Then I decided to see how many I get each month:

I forgot to add, none of that is even spam! I only get one or two spam messages per week at most and they’re usually filtered automatically by SpamAssassin & Thunderbird. :)
